http://forwardsteps.info is the URL that I will now use for redirecting all my “ugly” looking links, for shortening my long links, and for any links to products or events with which I have a partnership or affiliate relationship.
I am not using my forwardsteps.info domain for any other purpose. I used to use (and still have in place many links) from a link shortening service. It was a paid service and excellent, however...

I do know that I can create my own redirected pages manually. However, this tool is such a time saver and just as easy (if not more easy) than using the link shortener that I used to use. The webinar had a little information I already knew, however...
...there were some surprise items about which I had no idea! I am super impressed with Easy Redirect Script because of its extra features. When I wrote to support for a couple of simple questions, they got back immediately. Got to love that too! :)
The only technical skill needed is knowing how to upload a file to your own website in e.g. Filezilla. Once done, I never need go in there again. It is all taken care of with Easy Redirect Script and I have full control of the script and all my sites, rather than handing control of my business over, to an external service.
Everything is hosted at my own site and I can use this at as many domains as I wish & with as many redirects as I want. I simply go to MyOwnDomainURL/ersadmin to shorten a link or make a long, ugly URL look more “pretty” and definitely professional & trustworthy, which is who I am! :)
